Each module is programmed for a 2-week period, and there are 9 lessons total. The student has 8 weeks to complete the course, to accommodate varied schedules.

The courses are designed for youth ages 6-18 years and are meant to be an individual experience. However, parents and students can share some of the practices together if both parties are open to it.
