Before You Start Checklist


  • Look at this checklist for items you'll need!
  • Find a quiet spot where you won’t be distracted. Headphones are great if you want to really zone in.
  • Pick a spot where you can place your mirror in front of you.
  • Keep a water bottle nearby if you get thirsty. 
  • Grab a pen, paper (or your journal) and chalk marker for your reflections. 

If you prefer to lie down for your meditation, use a pillow so you’re comfortable.

This class is meant to help you reset, relax, and train your brain.
The more you put into it, the more you’ll get out of it.
