Mind Hype is a 60 minute class that includes a mixed media meditation with positive body affirmations and take-home creative journaling activity. Designed for youth and adults, MIND HYPE uses creativity, meditation and positive affirmations to calm the nervous system and build emotional resilience. 
It's a scientific fact that music, art, journaling, meditation and breathing can help improve your brain and body's function. They all can be tools you can reach for to help your inner pharmacy and help heal at a cellular level.
